Your HSU representatives recently met with Northcott for the quarterly Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) meeting. This forum is a place of discussion for collective issues facing Northcott staff.

The agenda items for the JCC are listed below:

4. House closure - Yallambee
5. Future Ready Leadership Program
6. Psychosocial Risks
7. Northcott Management are only filling positions of Service Coordinators when they are on leave for 4-weeks and over (HSU)
8. Northcott intention for bargaining (HSU)
9. Service Coordinators workload (HSU) 

Noticeably, Northcott has stated they have no intention to bargain for a new agreement this year. HSU members will be consulted about our next steps soon.
