Members at North Coast Radiology and Clarence Valley Imaging recently applied for a protected action ballot.

Congratulations on exercising your right to industrial action to fight for a better deal! You can all be incredibly proud of the collective effort to show the company that we stand strong together and will NOT be intimidated.

Next steps:

1. Keep an eye on the mail for your ballot from the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). Let a bargaining committee member know, or post in the HSU members WhatsApp group when you receive your ballot.
2. Fill out your ballot. We recommend ticking “YES” to all questions to keep our options open.
3. Bring your completed ballot in to work and post them back with a workmate to keep track of each ballot.
4. Let a bargaining committee member know when you’ve posted your ballot back to the AEC or let us know in the HSU members WhatsApp group.
5. Regularly check the HSU members WhatsApp group to stay up to date with any developments.
