There has been a strong response to the recent HSU survey in preparation for the recommencement of negotiations. This comes after members exercised your collective power to reject NCR’s substandard offer.

Members have determined that together the following outstanding claims are most important for the membership to pursue:

1. 5% per annum increases for 2022-2026
2. Maternity leave clauses returned to the Enterprise Agreement
3. All conditions back paid to a yes vote
