NNSWLHD is proposing to move to implementation of changes in the Procurement and Legal Services.

The changes would see the procurement services restructured into one single team in the Corporate Services Directorate and the establishment of a Legal Services Unit.

NNSWLHD did not enter into genuine consultation with the HSU before the notification that the proposed changes are planning to be implemented. The HSU has written to the NNSWLHD outlining its objection to the failure to genuinely consult.
