Adventist EBA goes to a vote

As you may be aware, you are currently in the access period leading up to the vote of the Agreement.

The voting opens at 9am on Wednesday 7 September 2022 and closes at 4pm on Tuesday 13 September 2022.

Adventist are offering the same conditions of the Agreement previously negotiated with the following wages offer:

·         3% from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2022;

·         3% from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2023; and

·         3.25% from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2024

Inflation is currently sitting at 6% and is only going to increase. The wages proposal will barely cover half the cost of living expenses, which will only continue to increase throughout the term of the Agreement.

The choice is yours and you can have your say by voting on the Agreement.
