Morisset Hospital Dispute: Patient Support Services Roster

The HSU is disputing the implementation of a new roster for Patient Support Services due to a failure to consult with staff and the Union.
This is in breach of Clause 35 of the relevant Award which requires the employer to consult with affected workers and their Union. Consequently, the HSU is disputing the new roster and demanding that the status quo existing prior to the change prevail.
This means that workers will work the existing roster until genuine consultation has taken place.
