One of the most important dates of the year is fast approaching: the Annual General Meeting of the Morisset Hospital General HSU Subbranch.
Details of the meeting are below:
Date: Thursday 14 March
Time: 2:00PM
Venue: IBIS Building
Members are strongly encouraged to nominate for executive and committee positions, to represent your fellow members and determine the direction of the Subbranch going forward. All positions will be declared vacant on the day by the Returning Officer. Every department should have at least one delegate that they can turn to for support. Would you like to see positive changes at your worksite? Do you enjoy helping others? Do you have ideas about how union members can campaign for better working conditions? If so, please consider nominating for a Subbranch position. Contact your Returning Officer Michele Garner via [E-Mail not displayed] for a nomination form. All nomination forms must be completed in full and returned to Michelle seven days prior to the AGM.
Also on the day, we will be having an HSU Members BBQ in the IBIS courtyard from 12:30PM prior to the AGM.
