HSU members at Mona Vale Hospital should come to an important members’ meeting tomorrow (12 June) at 12pm to determine the next steps in tackling the staffing crises at the hospital.

HSU workplace representatives are meeting with Mona Vale Hospital management tomorrow (June 12) to continue advocating for improved staffing levels and workloads for Allied Health at MVH. The HSU has received welcome correspondence the hospital has agreed to HSU members’ request for increased hours for the Hospitals Allied Health Manager position.

However, this does not address the ongoing and chronic clinical staffing crises. We are inviting all HSU members to attend a meeting between 12-12:30pm to determine the next steps for the HSU.
