Thanks to everyone who had their say as part of our HSU member survey, to decide our priorities for aged care workers at Mission Australia. These claims have now been tabled to management as part of our campaign for better wages and conditions in the new EA.

Your employer has also tabled its claims, including proposing a four-year agreement, consolidating classification structures, and changes to part time employment.

Your HSU Bargaining Committee will be meeting with Mission Australia on Thursday 4 April at 11am. Management will provide feedback to your claims in that meeting.
