The HSU has received correspondence from the Ministry of Health advising of proposed changes to People and Culture services to the Pillar Organisations.

Following a MoH review in 2022-23, a new proposed model has been put forth changing how the People and Culture teams will service the Pillar Organisations within NSW Health.

Under the proposal, People and Culture Services for the Pillar Organisations would be aligned under HealthShare NSW as HealthShare and Pillars P&C team, while the current Health Systems Support Group will align directly under the Ministry of Health.

The Ministry says the new model would create positions but would also impact/delete some of positions in the current structure.
