Two union members from the Macksville District Hospital have nominated to be on the Award Reform State Bargaining Committee. Macksville District Hospital is entitled to one representative, so you are invited to vote for who you would like as your bargaining representative. Here are your candidates:

• Gale Christine McLeod is the Admin Manager at Macksville. Gale is passionate about equality, and recognition of workload in pay and conditions.
• Toni Winters is a member of the HSU NSW Branch Council and the Patient Services Manager at Macksville. Toni wants to see clear classifications for every role, for example CSOs who have very different duties depending on the hospital they work at.

• Attend state-wide committee meetings to discuss the negotiations and state-wide campaign strategy.

• Be able to nominate as one of the 15 members of the state-wide bargaining committee who will form the negotiation team.
