Last week your bargaining representatives met with Lutheran Services management and presented your HSU members’ Log of Claims.

Lutheran Services have so far attempted to do costings around your claims but have advised there are a further 100 items to be costed before negotiations can proceed.

Your representatives have notified Lutheran Services our members expect this work completed in a timely manner that won’t slow down the negotiations.

Later this week, Lutheran Services will provide an update to all staff and advise of a future meeting date.

Everyone can play an active part in the bargaining process – it’s as simple as encouraging your colleagues to join their union!
