Last week, voting for your new Enterprise Agreement closed. Lumus has advised that the majority of voters have endorsed the new agreement, with 58.3% voting Yes and 41.7% voting No.

What’s next?

Lumus will now lodge it with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) for final approval which is likely to happen over the next week.

Once the FWC approves the agreement, it will come then into effect and members will begin receiving your new classifications and wage rates.

It has taken many months to get to this point. I want to acknowledge every member who has participated in the bargaining process, which has led to a much-improved Enterprise Agreement.
