Congratulations! Workers at Lifeblood stood together and voted NO to management's poor wage offer that would have curtailed career advancement for workers!

Workers have voted down an offer that failed to keep up with cost of living and would effectively have been a pay cut. 

What's next?

Members should attend an important union meeting TONIGHT to discuss what action we will take to force Lifeblood back to the table.

In the meantime, HSU bargaining representatives have contacted Lifeblood management seeking a commitment to come back to the bargaining table and present an offer workers will say yes to.
