Today Laverty has confirmed that management intends to send the EBA out to vote from 21 December 2022.

The current wage offer is 3.25% for the first year and 2.25% for years two and three. Most importantly, this offer includes NO BACK PAY for the past six months.

This is a substandard offer. At a time when members are working harder than ever during a pandemic and the employer is making a tidy profit, your reward is a pay cut.
