HSU members have reported that Laverty management have circulated correspondence to say that should the proposed enterprise agreement be voted down, Laverty will not enter further negotiations for an agreement.

The Union has contacted Laverty and requested that a retraction be issued.

Laverty representatives have advised us that the information circulated has not been approved by a senior executive.
