Justice Health is proposing to merge all of Workforce, Education and Training Services, and the Organisational Development Unit into one single Directorate of People and Culture. The proposed restructure includes the deletion of positions, creation of positions, and regrading of positions as well as changes to reporting lines and structure. These changes have consequences for your daily work, your take home pay, and your opportunities for career progression.
