JHH: Amended times for Patient Support Services, Emergency Paediatrics

Dear Member,

HealthShare NSW has advised the HSU of an amendment to their proposed altered shift pattern in the Emergency Paediatrics Department.

Members initially received a newsletter on 9 May communicating the proposed start and finish time of 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Since then, HealthShare NSW has amended its consultation letter and advises the proposed change is actually 8am to 4:30pm.

The proposal is for an initial three-month (trial) period effective from 27 May to 18 August 2024. HealthShare says that at the conclusion of the trial period a decision will be made regarding the change on a permanent basis.
