NSW Paramedics are understandably frustrated. The militant campaign has lasted three years, and members feel Chris Minns has had enough time to get action going for professional pay.
Delegates think now is the time to ramp up action to put pressure on the government and get them to buckle.
Professional recognition is long overdue.
Stop work meetings have hosted some great discussions to develop and adapt ongoing actions, but now is the time to brainstorm some new ones.
Below is a survey where members are encouraged to share ideas for new higher stakes actions they are willing to take, that will heap pressure on Mr. Minns, while keeping patients and paramedics safe.
