Published October 3, 2024
Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District has written to the HSU about a proposed restructure of the Organisational Development and Wellbeing Team.
The District claims that under the proposed restructure no staff will be deemed ‘excess’. However, the following changes are proposed, which could result in job losses:
- Deletion of Manager – Organisational Structure (HM3)
- Regrading of:
- Workforce Analyst and Resources Coordinator (HM1 regraded to HM2)
- Manager – Workforce Development (HM3 regraded to HM4)
