Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD) is proposing a Recovery and Return to Work program for instances where a worker sustains a work-related injury or illness (WRI).

The procedures in the outlined program also cover proposed ISLHD actions in the event of disputed claims and non-work related injury or health conditions.

It is important to note that the documentation also outlines proposed employee responsibilities after sustaining a WRI or illness.
