The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD) has advised of a proposed workforce restructure associated with the cessation of two Day Care Centres, part of the Division of Aged Care, Palliative Care, and Rehabilitation. ISLHD has stated this is because Commonwealth funding will no longer be provided.

Four staff will be impacted by the proposed shut down of the Day Care Centres. There is a risk of staff being made redundant if they cannot be permanently redeployed.
