Warrigal has written to the HSU to advise it is taking ownership of IRT Links Seaside. You can view the correspondence to the HSU at this link.

We have been advised that all staff currently employed by IRT at Links Seaside will transfer to Warrigal (including those who work in the Retirement Village) with the same position and terms and conditions (including industrial instrument). All leave and service entitlements will be transferred over to the new roles.

We understand that Warrigal is meeting with impacted employees and have commenced issuing formal contracts. The HSU is advising members not to sign anything yet.

We need to ensure your contracts properly reflect the hours you work, your classification and your pay rate.
