Introducing the new HSU Member Portal!

The Health Services Union is pleased to deliver to you the new HSU Member Portal.
The Member Portal will allow members to instantly update personal details, access member benefits or delegate resources, view EOFY tax statements, governance documents, and more. Delivering the Portal to you is another way that the HSU is modernising and improving the services we provide to our members.
Your Portal access link will be emailed to you in the afternoon on Monday 5 July. Please monitor your inbox or spam folder for an email from [E-Mail not displayed] then follow the instructions to login for the first time and access the Portal.
Once you have activated your Portal account, you will be able to view and email yourself a copy of your Financial Year 2020-21 Tax Invoice by following these steps:
- Log in to the Portal
- Click the ‘My Documents’ link
- Click ‘Financial Year 2020/2021 Tax Invoice’ to view the document
- While viewing the document, click the ‘Print this Document’ menu button to generate a print-friendly version
OR - To email a copy of the document, enter the recipient email address, then press ‘Send by Email’
