Along with other HSU members, Pathology workers have been integral in the fight against COVID-19. Pathology workers have worked tirelessly over the Christmas and New Year period to help keep our communities safe.

It has never been as important to have a well-funded public pathology service. Now more than ever, the government should be recognising the commitment and dedication of Pathology staff.

While the Awards campaign continues in Public Health, the HSU is seeking feedback from Pathology workers on what is important to you in the fight against the unfair wages policy and renegotiation of the Award.

The current wages and conditions of Pathology workers in Public Health is not a priority for the NSW Government. We need to make it a priority.
