As a union, the unique strength of the HSU is our diversity. Our 47,000 members are dotted throughout the health and aged care systems, bringing with them a wealth of insight and professional expertise.
But we also know that specific groups have specific concerns that apply to them alone. That’s why the HSU has arranged a series of upcoming meetings to discuss current issues within your profession.
The meeting for HSU Interpreters will be held at 4pm, Thursday 19 August.
Please register to attend using the link below:
Members are encouraged to register ahead of time and let the Union know what issues need resolving, as well as what you’d like to see in the sector.
Traditionally we have engaged with your profession in localised sub branches; however, while the pandemic has thrown many challenges our way, it has also provided opportunities. One of these opportunities is the ability to hold meetings with individual professional streams across the entire state.
We strongly encourage members to attend the meeting, but if for any reason you are unable to, please email [E-Mail not displayed] to register your interest for discussions in the future.
