On the 30th of January, Canberra Health Services wrote to the HSU with their plans to change the times in which staff were allowed to enter the Helipad Carpark in Canberra Hospital. The proposed change was to no longer allow staff to enter in at 11:50AM, only allowing entry at 1PM instead.

HSU members banded together and provided overwhelming feedback that this change would hurt staff and their ability to access safe parking.

Due to the united strength of HSU members, CHS has reconsidered this proposal and decided they will not proceed with it. Congratulations on another great win for HSU members!
