Your Sub Branch’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) should be held between 1 February and 18 March 2022. We ask that you hold your AGM at your earliest convenience.

The 2022 Sub Branch Secretary Kit and Returning Officer Kit are available on the HSU Member Portal as writable PDFs. You can find them in the Conference section.

When using a writable PDF form, remember to download a copy and save it to your computer. You can then complete the form and save it once all the details have been entered. It can then be forwarded to Head Office.

To attend HSU Conference 2022, you must:

• Have held your AGM during the period 1 Feb & 18 March 2022.
• Have been an elected delegate at the AGM.

*Please note: Due to COVID-19, the HSU Conference has been deferred from its original date. This means a number of conference delegates have already been approved and registered to attend.
