Your Union’s Psychology Industrial Advisory Committee have been hard at work reviewing the challenges you have or will face in making a personal regrade application under the award.

We understand that your experience has been inconsistent, opaque, and frustrating. Your Committee have developed and endorsed a new process to assist members in creating a more consistent, clear and efficient process for receiving industrial assistance throughout your career progression.

We are happy to formally announce a new service for you and other HSU members which you can access pre, during and post personal regrade application. We hope this assist you individually and overtime improve the collective experience of career progression for all members.
