Your HSU bargaining committee continues to make progress on the non-wage claims in enterprise agreement negotiations. However, Ramsay’s wages offer stands at:

• 2.5% backdated to 1 December 2022.
• 3% from 1 December 2023.
• 3% from 1 December 2024.

At this week’s general meeting, HSU members resolved to fight for a better offer. Members resolved to have union conversations in your workplaces, asking what kind of wages offer we’re all willing to show up for.

As survey results come in and as we continue negotiations, expect further updates from your bargaining committee. There will be important decisions for members to make, including how we respond if Ramsay does not return to us with an improved wages offer.
