As you are aware, the 2021 Annual Conference is scheduled to occur in Sydney on the 11th, 12th and 13th of July this year. You would also be aware that areas within metropolitan Sydney have been subject to a COVID-19 outbreak.

The Union takes the safety of our members and staff very seriously. Given that the COVID cluster in Sydney seems to be expanding, the Union has taken the position of postponing our conference.

The conference will be postponed until the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of November 2021.

The rescheduling of the Annual Conference will limit any exposure to members and staff. It will also give more time for people to get vaccinated.

Delegates will be contacted by the Union to confirm details of the November conference.
