The HSU Hospital Scientists Industrial Committee has called an urgent members’ meeting on Wednesday 14 September 2022 to provide an update on the Hospital Scientist Award Variation Applications filed by Ministry of Health and NSW Health Pathology.

NSWHP continue to ignore the needs of staff by refusing to consult on how these changes will impact career progression, earning capacity, and negatively impact the profession now and into the future.

During the meeting you will:

·         Get a detailed overview from the HSU industrial team on the Hospital Scientist Award Variation application.

·         Get an update on the progress of the award applications and next steps.

·         Be able to ask questions specific to the application.

·         Understand how the proposed application will impact you and your career.

·         Provide feedback on the proposed changes in the application.
