HNELHD is proposing a change of shift times and split duties for Wardspersons in Sub Acute/Short Term Residential Accommodation Services (SAU/STRAS) at Belmont Hospital.

The proposal would involve rostering one Wardsperson for cleaning duties on SAU and one Wardsperson to float between SAU and STRAS, only completing Wardsperson requests with no cleaning tasks attached.
