HealthShare NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation Restructure

Dear Member,

HealthShare NSW has informed the HSU of a proposed restructure within the Agency for Clinical Innovation. In February 2023, ACI transitioned to a chief executive-governed organisation and formed part of the newly established Clinical Innovation and Research Division.

The chief executive and deputy secretary (dual role) has nine direct reports across the division. The proposed restructure will reduce the chief executive and deputy secretary direct reports at ACI to 5.

The proposed restructure will cut three HSM6 roles and see the implementation of eight new roles across HSM2, HSM4 and HSM5 grades.
