Healthscope has agreed to start bargaining with the Health Services Union for a new enterprise agreement.

The company, by law, must send out a Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR) to all employees. As a union member, the HSU is automatically your bargaining representative.

HSU organisers will visit all Healthscope sites soon to talk about the bargaining process.

We will notify all members of the bargaining meetings schedule as soon as it has been agreed with the company.
