Published May 8, 2024
Dear Member,
After three months of delaying bargaining, Healthe Care have come back to the table, met with your bargaining committee, and placed a revised enterprise agreement offer on the table.
The company has provided a slightly improved wage offer, consisting of:
- July 1, 2024: 2.75 per cent - up from 2.5 per cent
- July 1, 2025: 3 per cent - up from 2.5 per cent
- July 1, 2026: 3 per cent - up from 2.5 per cent
It’s a good sign Healthe Care is starting to listen to members – but it’s vital that members have their say on this offer. Fill in a short survey here and let us know your views!
Healthe Care has agreed to revisit some of your other log claims, including additional sick leave, increasing uniform allowance to be on par with nurses and including a new classification for Stores.
For more information or to get more involved, please contact your delegates or Prue Irvine via [E-Mail not displayed] / 0419 683 301.
There is still more work to be done to lock in a fairer EA, and we’ll need to work together to make management listen!
