The NSW public sector wage cap unfairly limits pay rises for HSU members and undermines the value of your work. 

HSU members across NSW are taking a stand to put an end to this unfair cap.

We are conducting member focus groups – a chance to get together with other members to talk about the wage cap and the union campaign. We are inviting you to participate.

All participants will receive a $50 gift card for their time. All groups will be conducted via Zoom, so you don’t even need to leave home.

The groups will take place on the evenings of Tuesday 3 May and Wednesday 4 May.

To ensure confidentiality, the groups will be run by independent research firm, RedBridge Group.
