The Health Services Union understands that Hardi management are bargaining for a new agreement.

This is a great opportunity to have a say about the changes you want to see to make your wages and conditions better.

I have to report that, to date, Hardi management have not responded to our requests to attend bargaining meetings. This is disappointing and we hope that Hardi will see that our interest in delivering better wages and conditions for staff delivers better outcomes for residents.

Either way we will ensure that HSU members will be represented and have their say.
