Your HSU Bargaining Committee have been meeting regularly with your employer to negotiate the new enterprise agreement.

HSU members will be meeting tomorrow Tuesday 14 March to agree on the key union claims we want to see in the new agreement. Please see here for the agenda.

HSU members have been calling for better pay, improvements to broken shifts, fairer access to sick and personal leave, and improvements to allowances.

At tomorrow’s meeting we will formally endorse the claims and then provide those to management. Tomorrow’s meeting will also be a chance to meet the bargaining team and ask any questions about the process.
