The bargaining process for the new Guide Dogs NSW/ACT Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) has begun. The Agreement will detail your rights at work and as bargaining meetings will begin shortly, it’s important for members to have their say about which new conditions & enhancements go into their new Agreement.

It’s important for members to drive the creation of their new EBA, so please take the time to answer the survey. This EBA will govern your workplace rules & conditions for the next couple of years and this is your opportunity to have your say on how you feel about each claim for the new Agreement.

Don’t forget to discuss the new EBA with your colleagues and ask people to join HSU to increase the power to win fair pay and conditions at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT.
