Gosford Hospital Sub Branch: It's time to reform and reorganise

The Gosford Hospital HSU Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on April 30th at 10am in the Conference Room on level 2.
The sub branch plays a vital role in addressing workplace issues and disputes. They are often the first contact for HSU staff when issues arise and need to be dealt with. The branch will work closely with your Industrial Organiser and other HSU staff to resolve issues in the workplace such as grievances, pay disputes, staffing and workloads. A full training program will be provided to members who nominate and wish to get involved.
If you want to make a difference in your workplace and help fellow members, please consider nominating for a position. To nominate is really easy – fill out the form in the AGM kit at this link, have it co-signed by two fellow members of the HSU (they do not have to work in your department) and return it via email to your returning officer Janine Drummond at [E-Mail not displayed] under the subject heading Gosford AGM Nomination. You can also ask your returning officer for a form.
All nominations must be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday 23rd April. If more than one member nominates for the positions of President, Vice President or Secretary, a secret ballot will be held and ballot forms will be made available.
If you’d like more information, please reach out to your Industrial Organiser Matt Ramsay at [E-Mail not displayed].
