Gosford Hospital: Patient Enquiries Desk Roster Changes

Central Coast Local Health District has contacted the HSU to advise they intend to make changes to the current roster for staff at the Patient Enquiries Desk.
The LHD have advised the impact of this change will be a reduction in staff rostered to the desk. Currently, two staff are rostered to the desk for all shifts. The LHD is proposing a staggering of staff start and finish times. The documentation provided to the HSU can be viewed at the below links:
The HSU is now seeking feedback from members working at Patient Enquiries Desk. Please review the documents at the above links and provide feedback to email [E-Mail not displayed] by Friday 11 December using subject line Patient Enquiries Gosford Hospital. Once feedback is received, your HSU representatives will collate and present this to management.
