The HSU has received correspondence from GenesisCare outlining a final pay offer for members covered under the GenesisCare Oncology NSW Patient Services and Radiation Therapist Enterprise Agreement 2022.

Well done to members who participated in the bargaining process. The HSU has now secured the following:

• Annual Leave Loading for members employed in the Patient Services Team
• Annual progression for Radiation Therapists (pay point 1 to 4)
• Reimbursement of Radiation Therapists’ annual registration fees
• Patient Services Officer rates of pay will now be aligned with the Patient Bookings Officer
• As well as other improvements.

Your Union will hold a members’ meeting to discuss the draft agreement and next steps on Thursday 27 October 2022 @ 7pm. Members are encouraged to register in advance via this link.
