As you will be aware, the HSU is representing you in current negotiations for your next Enterprise Agreement. 

As part of these negotiations, the HSU is proposing a Log of Claims based on feedback from members. To find out what issues you want to prioritise in the new agreement, the HSU has designed a survey for members to complete.
