The Fair Work Commission has approved the Lumus Imaging NSW and ACT Enterprise Agreement 2023 and it will operate from 22 May 2023.
So, what now?
Now that the Lumus Imaging Enterprise Agreement is approved, the old Agreement no longer applies in setting out your working conditions. This means the HSU members can now enforce the conditions set out in the new Agreement here.
Lumus are now required to pass on the first-year wage increase on the first full pay period on or after approval – so keep an eye out for it!
Classification Structure
By now you should have received correspondence from Lumus regarding your level under the new classification structure within the new Agreement.
If you have any concerns with your new classification, you are entitled to raise this with your direct manager for consideration.
Bonus Payment
Lumus are in the process of arranging the sign on bonus payment to eligible employees employed by the Company prior to 1 December 2022 and still employed at the time the bonus is paid.
- Full-time staff will be entitled to $1,900.00 (less tax)
- Part-time staff will be entitled to $1,280.00 (less tax)
- Casual staff will be entitled to $630.00 (less tax)
