Our historic HSU Work Value Case continues to build momentum across the country. There has been huge community support to properly value the work you do, and employers too have come out publicly calling for better aged care wages.

Over the coming months we will be building our case, pulling together your stories about your work and why you are worth a proper pay rise.

To get this underway I am asking members to do your own “evaluation” of your work – to speak in your own words about the changes in your work and why you deserve to be valued properly.
