Join us on Monday evening for an online member briefing about the FAIR PARKING NOW! Day of Action taking place next Thursday 29 February.

HSU members are taking a stand against the reintroduction of car parking fees across NSW Health metro hospitals. This is a blatant cash grab, with the Government forcing health workers to pay for parking redevelopments at their own hospitals.

Members have taken the fight to their LHDs, the Ministry and the Health Minister to achieve a fair outcome. You may have seen HSU members in the media over the last few weeks voicing their concerns – you can recap here: https://fb.watch/qbCx01-adn/

The action so far has seen the Government begin to consider our proposals for a fair resolution, but we are yet to see any firm commitments.

On Thursday 29 February, HSU members across metro Sydney will be taking part in a Day of Action from 12pm-2pm to show the Government we will not back down until a just outcome is achieved.
