Estia Heath have placed a 9 per cent wage increase over three years on the table after meeting with your HSU bargaining team last week.

They have tabled a 3 per cent increase on current wages per annum, which in a three-year agreement, looks like:

• 3 per cent in 2023
• 3 per cent in 2024
• 3 per cent in 2025

Your HSU bargaining team will be meeting weekly with management and will negotiate based on your responses to the survey for priorities in the new agreement.
