Dubbo Base Hospital Support Services: Proposed Change to Management Structure
-
Published November 9, 2021
The HSU has received correspondence from Dubbo Base Hospital management regarding proposed changes to management structure for Support Services.
You can view the correspondence at this link.
The HSU is now seeking feedback and comments from members regarding the proposed change. Please address your feedback to HSU Organiser Zelda Giblett via email [E-Mail not displayed] prior to close of business 23 November 2021. You can also relay any concerns to your sub branch committee members.
The Union is also aware that discussions with staff have taken place around a proposal to move to a full rotating roster for Support Services. However, some members may originally have been employed as Day Workers only (in your Award, the definition of a Day Worker is a worker who works his/her ordinary hours from Monday to Friday inclusive and who commences work on such days at or after 6:00am and before 10:00am).
If the above definition applies to you, you were given a letter of offer with set days/shifts, or if you have a TIRA (Temporary Independent Roster Arrangement) in place, please ensure that you also notify your organiser via the above email.
