Draft ACT concurrent employment policy
-
Published April 16, 2024
Dear Member,
The ACT government have advised the HSU about a proposed Concurrent Service within ACTPS Policy – Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy.
The policy proposed by ACT government aims to assist the management of employees with dual or concurrent employment arrangements within the ACT public service.
According to the ACT government, the policy will not cover any concurrent employment outside of the ACT Public Service. The purpose is to consider all entitlements and provisions separately and not consider the arrangement as a collective one in most circumstances.
